Payment

We currently have 4 payment options available, though the first 2 are only available in the US. 1. Pay with checkbook – Secure echeck (recommended) 2. Secure echeck 3. Crypto 4. OBS & VISA – Pay with your debit or credit card, MasterCard and VISA are accepted.
All prices on our website are shown in USD.
Credit card Orders will show on your credit card statement as Opus OBS.
Your billing address for your credit card may be different from your shipping address. Make sure these have been entered correctly. The zip code and address must match. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact us at [email protected] we will be glad to help you out.
You can simply click on Pay via ICOINEX Digital Vouchers; it is a blue button located under the instructions on the page stating that your order has been received. It will redirect you to a secure site where you can make the payment, for this to work, 3DS verification needs to be enabled. ICOINEX is a South African credit card processor, so your payment will be converted to ZAR.
You can ignore the timer; our crypto processor automatically captures the payment if it arrives within 2-3 hours. Initially your order status will be set to canceled after 20 minutes, but once the payment is captured, your order status will automatically change to processing (payment received).
Unfortunately not. You can however use the discount coupon for your next order and sign-up for our newsletter to never miss out on any promotion.

Shipping

Once your order is placed and processed, it will ship within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. If a product is out of stock causing a delay, we will notify you by email when to expect your order to ship. Estimated time of arrival for orders shipped within the USA: 2-5 business days. International shipping varies. Please see the shipping and handling page for more information. Please note that once your order has shipped from our facility, we have no control over any type of delays, so we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival. Tracking info can take up to 24 hours to update.
Yes, we offer free shipping on US orders over $150.
This status might take 2-3 weeks indeed. Local post processing can be slow sometimes. If the package is confiscated the status will change and you will receive a letter. Should your package be confiscated, not to worry, we will always refund or reship in such a case.
There are a few possibilities if the tracking says delivered but you have not received the package. It’s possible the package was received by someone else. Check if your neighbor, a front desk, receptionist, mailroom, doorman or colleague received the package. Couriers also sometimes drop off packages at the wrong address, street or mailbox.We recommend waiting 1-2 weeks for the package to turn up, usually, a neighbor or colleague has it. If it never turns up, please get in touch with us so that we can investigate from our side and help you out.
Customs need time to do their work, it can take a couple of days up to couple weeks for customs to complete the process, that’s outside of our control. If the package wasn’t cleared at customs, you would receive a letter. We provide a delivery guarantee, so not to worry. Should your package be confiscated, you can request either a refund or for your package to be reshipped free of charge.

Temporary temperature changes will not affect the integrity of our products. Your products should be stored at room temperature, preferably not in direct sunlight.
Upon ordering your product you will have the option to add a complementary 1ml dropper to your order. It is important to add the dropper to your cart, otherwise it wouldn’t be included in your package.
