  • How can I contact you? What are your hours?

    Our hours of operation are Monday Through Friday 9am to 4pm excluding holidays. Chemyo LLC may be contacted at anytime by emailing contact@chemyo.com

  • Are the products sold here manufactured for human use?

    Absolutely not. Everything sold by Chemyo is for lab use only. Please familiarize yourself with our Terms and conditions.

  • My purchase has been declined and I know my credit card is good. What am I doing wrong?

    Your billing address for your credit card may be different from your shipping address. Make sure these have been entered correctly. The zip code and address must match. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact us at contact@chemyo.com we will be glad to manually place the order for you.

  • I placed an order and have not received an email confirmation?

    Please check your spam folder. Our emails will occasionally go to your spam folder because they are automatically sent. If you cannot locate confirmation please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • How will this purchase appear on my credit card statement?

    After purchasing an order with Chemyo it will show on your credit card statement as Chemyo LLC.

  • Do I need to sign for my package?

    No, orders inside the USA are shipped USPS priority mail. Delivery confirmation is included but no signature necessary.

  • Canceling an order?

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it.

  • How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

    All orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. Generally, shipping takes 3-4 days. International shipping varies. Please see the shipping and returns page for more information.

  • How long does it take for my order to get to me after the order is placed?

    Once your order is placed and processed, it will ship within 24 hours excluding holidays. If a product is out of stock causing a delay we will notify you by email when to expect your order to ship. Estimated time of arrival for orders shipped within the USA: 2-5 business days International shipping varies. Please see the shipping and handling page for more information. Please note that once your order has shipped from our facility we have no control over any type of delays, so we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival. Tracking info can take up to 24 hours to update.
